Week 1 weigh in:

Well as soon as i opened my eyes this morning i was filled with dread i knew it was weigh day! Urgh.
I showered and got dressed and power walked the school run just to loose an extra little bit ...like ya do! 
Anyhow i braved it and weighed in and i have lost 2lbs. 
I am ok with that... its week one and i should of lost more but its a start and i'm going to push myself a bit harder this week :)
Thank you to anyone that reads my blogs id love some comments and to hear your weight loss stories as its hard work! 
Heres to next week! 
Ps: i'm hungry!

  2. 2lb is a great start; I attend Slimming World and lost what I needed in about 20 weeks. However, I found my downfall is when the kids are off school & my weight used to go up then. I'll find out tomorrow how much damage I have done this half term!

  3. 2lbs is a good loss for 1 week. A nice steady rate is the healthy way to do it.

    I got a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. I put it on as soon as I am dressed and take it off last thing at night. It measures aerobic walking too - that's stuff over 10 minutes continuous. I am aiming for 5,000 steps aerobic just now.

    I have been know to step on the spot watching the TV if my numbers were low...:)

  5. good luck, I'm always dieting but I'm trying to make sure that this is the very last time! 2lb weight loss is good, especially if you can do that every week - well done & keep going! x
